LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy, eating, and properly sexed. If you are not satisfied we will replace the animal for cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours after you receive the animal.

*The Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to provide us with correct and complete information. You are receiving a live animal and it is imperative this information be exact.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal, money orders, and wire transfers and full payment is required before an animal will be shipped. We will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve any animal. Remaining payment is due in full within 30 days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship FedEx and Delta Dash. We are FedEx verified and are known shippers through Delta. Please do not request another form of shipping.
We will ship internationally. Please inquire about C.I.T.E.S. documents. Please contact us for further information on exports.
