All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy, eating, and properly sexed. If you are not satisfied we will replace the animal for cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours after you receive the animal.
*The Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to provide us with correct and complete information. You are receiving a live animal and it is imperative this information be exact.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Paypal, money orders, and wire transfers and full payment is required before an animal will be shipped. We will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve any animal. Remaining payment is due in full within 30 days. *****We apologize but we are unable to hold or reserve any snake without a deposit.*****
We ship FedEx and Delta Dash. We are FedEx verified and are known shippers through Delta. Please do not request another form of shipping. We will ship internationally. Please inquire about C.I.T.E.S. documents. Please contact us for further information on exports. State And Local Laws
Please know the laws in your state, county and/or city it is impossible for us to know them all so it is your responsibility to know.
Unfortunately we have been made well aware of the laws in New York, Connecticut and Florida so please if you are in New York or Connecticut we are sorry but we can not ship there, and if you are in Florida please be prepared to provide a copy of your Reptiles of Concern (R.O.C.) permit if you don't have one we can not ship to you.
