Wow I can't believe I use to watch the History Channel. Well last night's Monster Quest(in my opinion) hit everyone who owns or planned on owning a Burmese Python or any Python for that matter square in the stomach. The episode they aired was full of false information and will do nothing but fuel the public fear of snakes.
I can not believe they would air such utter and complete garbage. We thought fighting S 373 and H.R. 2811 was an uphill battle before well now it will be even harder. They might as well be holding the pen to help them sign these bills into law.
For all responsible reptile owners this show was a slap in the face.

Now if you feel as strongly as we here at Bearden's Burms do, don't let them go without knowing how you feel. If they want to do a show like they did, they need to do a show on the good responsible side of this hobby too.
If ever there was a time to do your part it is now. If you clicked on our site because you are looking to buy a beautiful Burmese Python than the time is now to do your part and fight garbage like this from keeping you from being a responsible and law abiding reptile owner.
